Will not be running (read: "slow jogging") for SIM. Had follow up appointment with the sport injuries specialist yesterday and after enduring 2 hours wait, the only thing I got was "it takes time to heal". The good news is I don't have to go for physiotherapy everyday anymore. Yippee... Just once a week physiotherapy will do; until the next doctor's appointment which is one month later. If I have still not recovered by then, I need to consider to chop off my useless foot already.

Want to lelong my SIM package (brilliant idea from Tey) with 50% discount. The buyer will get the finisher medal and finisher t-shirt, which is an Adidas.
